Week 18: Pregnancy

Week 18 update! I’m a tad late, since tomorrow I’ll be 19 weeks, but I really didn’t want to skip a week all together. It’s just beenr eally busy over here and, with moving blogs and all, I’ve been having a hard time keeping up.

What’s going on with Everleigh? This week she’s the size of a bell pepper! We actually ate all of the ones I bought for the pictures so no fruit/veggie picture today. She’s is 6 inches long and weighs 7 ounces! Almost 1/2 a lb! She’s really busy flexing her joints..which I can definitely feel! Although, Ryan can’t feel it from the outside yet, and he’s totally jealous.

How am I doing?

How’s my appetite? Foooooodddd!!! YUMMMM! I’m all about anything that goes in my tummy these days! French fries have been my main craving…and after dinner I always want something sweet.

What happened this week? My graduation, Ryan’s mom came to town, and lots of summer fun!

Randomness of the week:

  • I don’t mind a bathing suit as much as I thought
  • It’s so hot!
  • I got a whole bunch of clothes from my sister in law
  • We’re going to see batman tonight
  • I’ve gained 10 lbs so far

About jaymeepatterson

I started life with the belief that, in today's times, a woman must have a big-time career, be completely independent, and, essentially, be the sum of "I am woman, hear me roar." As I grew up the common dream of "prince charming" started worming its way into my brain. One day, in college, while I was planning the next move on my road toward a nursing career I realized something odd. I was in love. Soon after I was engaged and then married. Shortly into my marriage I realized two things. 1. I was not happy with what I was working toward. 2. Why can't the idea of an independent, chic, housewife exist? So, I created it! Well, maybe not, but I did start living it. As I was living this dream life a genius thought came to mind. Why not share this idea with the public? Share this notion of a chic woman who runs her home...from home! So here it is. Enjoy, ladies!
